Our Client wanted to purchase his trading premises that he had rented for number of years but had been given the option to buy from his landlord, this seemed to make perfect sense, so he approached his bank. They informed him that they were unable to help him on this occasion as he didn't have enough cash to put into the deal! Luckily he contacted us and we were able to source lenders that were willing to help, after some negotiation we were able to secure a 75% LTV commercial mortgage on his property over a 23 year term and he is now saving on rent and on his way to owning his own business premises which will form part of his retirement plan.
